Second fanart for "Marshmallows Never Lie", one of the most amazing fanfictions I've ever read in the Camp Lazlo category. (Besides :iconhot-choc:'s, of course. :) ) This is from a scene earlier in the story, when Lazlo is in Scoutmaster Lumpus's office to apply for a job as Camp Counselor (since he's sixteen in the fic), and all of a sudden Edward kind of walks in. I'm rather proud of the shading on this one, too...even though I kind of had to shade it twice... :P

Wow! Teenage Lazlo! I like his hair, grease-tastic! That is some awesome shading you've got there, especially Slinkman in the background. The way you've 'highlighted' lazlo and edward is fantastic, I can just imagine this in a cartoon!

Nyachu only ever updates when she feels like it; I'm also kind of depressed that she doesn't "feel like it" more often, but I get cheered up by the fact that, when she DOES post new stuff, it's always great.

Thank you very much! (I highlighted Lazlo and Edward to show how Lazlo was kind of "attuned" to Edward's entrance, even though he hadn't seen it...as best I can recall, the text implies that he WAS looking at the door when Edward entered, but I thought that taking up half the page with just the back of Lazlo's head wouldn't be quite as interesting. ^^; )
